Delivery Information
SnapBuy SA shall endeavor to supply the items ordered to the delivery address as soon as reasonably possible within 3-5 working days to all large urban cities, upon order confirmation and the required receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Prior to delivery, a customer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, buyers must provide a telephone number on which they can be reached during the day (such as their work or mobile phone number) to minimize any potential delays.

- Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria: 3-5 working days
- Regional Areas: 4-6 working days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 working days
SnapBuy SA deliveries take place via couriers and pick-up, and SnapBuy SA reserves the right to dispatch orders in any other way at its sole discretion. Please note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries.
SnapBuy SA is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.
Part orders may be delivered, and customers will be notified of such part orders.
SnapBuy SA uses third-party couriers and services to deliver goods. A valid proof of delivery or courier run-sheet will be conclusive proof that the parcel was delivered to the address provided on the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.
Addresses may be amended on a customer’s Account page or on the order placement page. If no amendment is possible from these pages, the goods may already be in transit, and an address change may not be possible. Address changes after goods have already been processed and dispatched may incur additional shipping charges.
The responsibility lies with the Customer to inform SnapBuy SA if an order or part of an order is undelivered within 30 calendar days from the date of sale. SnapBuy SA will not entertain any claim for undelivered items outside of 30 calendar days from the date of sale where a valid dispatch reflects against the order.
SnapBuy SA shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price, and delivery charges of Goods on snapbuysa.co.za. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on snapbuysa.co.za (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save - in the case of any incorrect purchase price - to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy Terms & Conditions.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stock on offer is limited to availability. SnapBuy SA shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, SnapBuy SA shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
SnapBuy SA shall endeavor to fulfill a customer’s order to the best of their abilities. However, circumstances outside of SnapBuy SA’s control may arise where a customer’s order may not be fulfilled (e.g., damaged stock or stock unavailability from SnapBuy SA’s supplier). In such cases, SnapBuy SA shall only be liable to refund the customer’s monies paid.
