Rocket:

Rocket is part of the brassica family like cabbage.The leaves are peppery and can be eaten raw or cooked.The flowers are also edible and the seeds found in the many pods the plant produces, can be saved. A vegetable garden should never be without rocket which is considered a basic plant for your garden.

Coriander:

The entire coriander plant (also known as Chinese parsley), is edible but interestingly, the leaves and the seeds are very different in compounds, use and taste. Patience is needed for the seeds to germinate. It is an annual and needs to be replanted yearly. Called Dhania in india, Cilantro (only the leaves) in Spanish.
